Manukrawa Dance

The Manukrawa dance is a new creation Balinese dance. This dance adopts the natural fauna theme as its basis and tells the story of a flock of birds which in high spirits, are playfully searching out food as they bathe in the swamps. The unique feature of this dance is in movements that portray the swamp birds. The movements of the birds are modified and transformed into a mode which has exceptionally high aesthetic value.
